What is your returns policy?

Change of Mind

As all our products are custom made to order there is no returns possible for simply changing your mind on your purchase.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrived damaged we will work with you for the best possible solution to fix this. If it is simply paint or stain damage we will endeavour to send you touch up paint or stain (if not already supplied) to touch up your item. 

If an item has structural damage it can be returned to Gazebos Galore for replacement only. We would require all items to be inspected upon delivery for damage for this to apply as couriers will not warrant items not inspected upon delivery. Initial shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return costs to the purchaser will be covered by Gazebos Galore. If the insurer deems the damage their fault and do cover the shipping costs (this is not always covered buy insurers), the shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. 

If an item is damaged during assembly that is the full responsibility of the purchaser. We will however endeavour to help you out were ever possible to repair your item by providing replacement parts if needed or advise on how to repair it. 

Wrong Item

If Gazebos Galore sends you an item you did not order or it is wrong in some way Gazebos Galore will replace the item and shipping costs will be covered in both directions by Gazebos Galore. If shipping costs are too great in some case we may allow you to keep the other item as well as getting your new one.
